Just Dogs Training School - Terms and Conditions

Terms & Conditions for enrolement on Just Dogs Grooming courses.

Booking a dog grooming course with Just Dogs constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

The cost of tuition is as stated for each of the five individual courses listed. All courses are limited to 1 person in attendance at any one time.

jd2All course fees must be paid in full in accordance with the terms stated. Preferably, course fees are to be paid in UK pounds sterling. Payment in dollars or Euros will carry additional currency exchange charges as imposed by UK clearing banks. Overseas students wishing to make foreign currency payments should contact Just Dogs for bank transfer details.

All deposits & course fees are non-refundable. The balance of the course fees must be paid in full 20 days prior to course start date. One day courses must be paid in full on the day you  book.

Each student must complete an application form. The signature of the person on the application form will be deemed to be the one responsible for the contract and the payment. In cases where another party, such as an agency, sponsoring organisation, or another individual is financing a student’s fees, it is the student’s responsibility to ensure that the full settlement of all applicable charges is made on the due date.

Cancellation of attendance on any selected course must be notified in writing and received at the offices of Just Dogs no later than 20 days before the relevant course is scheduled to begin. The proprietors of Just Dogs reserve the right to refuse to accept a student for whom they feel any course is unsuitable. No reason for such a decision may be given. All courses begin at 9.00am and finish 4pm each day, except on a Friday when we finish at 2.00pm. Students are expected to be punctual and to co-operate with other students to ensure the smooth running and congenial atmosphere throughout the duration of the course.

On completion of the selected course a certificate of attendance will be awarded and issued to each student.

Any medical conditions, dietary or otherwise, must be disclosed prior to starting any of the courses. Contact lenses are not appropriate for wearing whilst grooming. Jewellery is also unacceptable. Sensible footwear and clothing is the uniform of the day.

In the event of a course having to be cancelled by Just Dogs prior to the starting date, for whatever reason, a full refund will be made to the student. It should be noted, however, that Just Dogs accepts no liability for additional expenses such as travelling, accommodation fees or other related costs that may have been incurred.

In the event of any course having to be cancelled by Just Dogs before completion, for whatever reason, participating students will be offered a refund proportionate to the time lost, or offered the opportunity to continue the course at a time to be mutually agreed.
